JOHN PAUL MCBRIDE

McBride started his career off at Celtic in the mid nineties and featured a few times for them before signing for St Johnstone for a fee of £150,000. He stayed there for four seasons, making nearly 80 SPL appearances for the Saints. He moved on in March 2003 and stayed for a few months with Irish side Derry City before signing for SPL side Partick Thistle. He made over 20 appearances for them, but he found himself released after they were relegated to the first division. John Paul then signed for Stenhousemuir at the start of season 2004/05 and has made over 100 appearances for the Ochilview side. The 28 year old midfielder has been described as being a " good distributor of the ball and a dead ball specialist." and has previously played alongside current Stirling striker Colin Cramb.
