Ross joined the Binos at the start of season 2005/06 after his shock release from first division St Johnstone. Forsyth had gained some good experience over those five years he had with them and made over 70 appearances for them. He can fit into either the left back position or the left side of midfield and also featured at centre half since signing. He made his debut in the 1-0 win over Ayr in the first round of the Bells challenge cup and was an ever present in the first two season's. Ross was named as player of the year at the end of 2006/07 season. Ross was a regular in the team last season until injury struck and put him out for the rest of the season. Ross is now back to full fitness and is sure to be an ever present again this season. Is the Stirling Albion captain this season.
