RYAN McCAY

Twenty One year old Ryan was signed on loan from St Mirren at the end of February along with fellow midfielder Craig Malloy who also came from Saints. Ryan came through the youth system the same time as Craig and made his debut the week after Ryan in a 2-0 win over Ross County. He went on to play 14 times in St Mirren's championship winning season the following year, but has only featured 11 times in the last two season's whilst they have been in the Premier league (7 times this season). Both players have been signed on emergency loan deals and will give the Binos much more competition after the long term injury to Dunfermline bound Steven Bell and with Kevin Moffat soon to return to Falkirk after his one month loan deal ends. Ryan made his debut in the 2-1 defeat by Morton at Cappielow. Ryan returned to St Mirren after his loan contract ended at the end of March.
