SCOTT CHRISTIE

Scott Christie

Scott first came to the Stirling fans attention when he played in a school's penalty competition around the turn of the century. He signed for the club at the start of season 2004/05 at the age of only sixteen and he made his top team debut in the 2-1 home defeat by Brechin on the 30th April 2005 aged just 17 years of age. Scott had to play second fiddle to Myles Hogarth for the first few season's, however he made the no1 shirt his own for spells in the first division last season. Scott will be looking to expand on that this season and make the number one shirt his own.

Scott was linked with a move to SPL side Falkirk in pre-season 2006/07. Scott was apparently offered a four year contract with the SPL side, but the two club's were unable to agree a fee and the deal fell through. Scott will be hoping he can attract the attention of other SPL clubs with his apperances for the Binos this season.
