STEWART DEVINE

Stewart broke into the Bino's first team at the tender age of sixteen in a 1-1 draw away to Stenhousemuir back in January 2001. He seemed to take this in his stride and played most of the following season scoring an impressive 5 goals. After Ray Stewart was sacked, Allan Moore came in with his own ideas and after a disagreement, Devine only made one sub appearance in the whole of season 2002/03. He managed to get back into the team in season 2003/04 and hasn't looked back since. Devine has been a rock at the back and is now well over 150 appearances for the Binos and is now the club's longest serving player. Devine is somewhat of a free kick specialist and scores his fair share of goals each season. Stewart missed most of pre season through injury, bfore getting a run in the team due to Ross Forsyth's injury, but he injured himself in the Hearts game and struggled to get back in the team. He has been in and out the team since then, but injury has again ruled him out for a short spell in the new year.
