Website Sponsorship

Dear Company,

I am the editor of stirlingalbion.com, the number one unofficial site for Stirling Albion supporters.. We have now served the public of Stirling with news, interactive services, youth coverage and since November 2003 and we have obviously grown rapidly.

Due to our lack of funding and expensive running costs, we have decided to offer you official joint sponsorship of the website until the start of next season. As well as giving you cheap advertising to a mainly local (but the website does have visitors from all five continents on a regular basis) audience, it would show that you support local organisations.

Since our website went live November 2003, we have had well over 300,000+ UNIQUE views. With each day that passes the trend is rising rapidly.

We would like to make the most generous offer possible, in order to attract your interest. We would offer a 172 X 68 banner (your company logo, linking to your website) on our home page (the most viewed part of our website), a bigger banner (up to 800x 300) on our sponsors page (your company logo, linking to your website) with text underneath describing your business and what it can offer our readers and a story on the front of the website and on our forum announcing you as a sponsor and for our readers to support your company as much as possible.

Now it comes to the inevitable part, the fee. I think you will be pleasantly surprised that this will all be for around £80. Most companies would demand hundreds, but we can't afford to scare off potential sponsors - as we need them in order to survive. The arrangement would last from the present day until 31st July 2008.

I hope this offer tempts you, as I have tried to make it as clear and generous as possible. I would be glad to take any questions or enquiries and if you want to advertise. My e-mail address is james@stirlingalbion.com.

Many thanks for reading and I eagerly await your response.

      Yours Sincerely
      James Smith
